I love desserts I’m so a pie, cake and cookie kinda girl but lucky for me vegan budget friendly variations of theses are quite thin on the ground. I can cope without all the sweet treats but when the urge takes hold I turn into a ravenous vegan cookie monster until I get my sugar fix!
So I came up with a quick and easy indulgent recipe that even the children can make unaided. No special equipment, tools or any of that jazz. All you need is the following:
Desiccated coconut (optional)
Salted Caramel Sauce – Find my favourite brand here
You place all the ingredients together as in the video and then bake at temperature given on your pastry packet. This dessert would be delicious with almost any fruit of your choosing. Serve with your favourite ice cream and enjoy!
