Hey guys first recipe of 2017! Here’s a nice & easy but oh so tasty recipe for you to try. Follow the recipe or just use it for inspiration just make sure you have fun with it.
You can also make it in advance or use different varieties of peppers and fillings to switch it up a little. I hope you enjoy! You don’t need cooking times as such for this recipe as you go by the visuals of when the quinoa is fluffy and separates. You can eat the red pepper as raw or as cooked as you like. I went for medium rare lol!
