Hey guys long time no see with the recipes! Well I’m back with an extended recipe where I show you the very simple different stages of this delicious meal.
I often have people asking for measurements and I apologise in advance as I don’t do measurements unless baking. As you get more into you cooking and develop your recipes you’ll find making stuff naturally by sight, taste and experience.
I get bored of food very easily and hate eating the same meals the same way all the time so wanted to share with you a few ideas recipes that you can try/incorporate to switch things up a bit.
I start off with stew peas aka stewed red kidney beans which can be swapped out for a bean/pulse of your choice. Then a yeast free sweet potato flatbread and finally a simple spiced potato which taste fantastic with so many dishes and is the easiest thing to prepare.
